Boot Room Soccer School, Incorporated is ecstatic to announce the dates for the Spring, 2009, Home School Program! We look forward to working with players of all ages and abilities!
What is included & what are the benefits of the Boot Room Home School Program?
- Improvement in self-esteem, character, confidence, overall health, & team building
- P.E. Credit
- Evaluation/recommendation for high school/college admissions/coaches upon request
- An official Boot Room home school certificate, upon completion of the program
- Tailored instruction/teaching in soccer & overall athletic development (technical skills, tactical understanding, mental toughness, nutrition, functional athleticism). We take tremendous pride in tailoring our coaching to meet the needs, abilities, and goals of each player, striving to provide each athlete with true personal attention. Players will be divided into groups based on age and/or ability.
- Multi-sport instruction to learn skills & movements of other sports
- Cutting edge training concepts employing the latest in performance enhancement equipment, theories, and concepts
- Each participant will receive an official Boot Room Soccer School Program training t-shirt
Who Are the Intructors?
- Boot Room Soccer School, Inc. is extremely grateful to have such an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate staff. Erik Ozimek, Erik Imler, Lindsey Ozimek, Brandon Bronars, and Sarah Beam are delighted to share what they have been so blessed to learn throughout their careers. Some accolades and experiences our staff have attained include: high school & NCAA All-American honors, NCAA championships, Olympic Development Program (ODP) teams, United States National Teams, motivational speaking, over 10 years of sport psychology training/education, captain honors, international competition, NCAA Woman of the Year Top Nine finalist, Lowe’s NCAA Senior of The Year Top Five Finalist, Team of the Century, professional soccer (MLS), USSF licenses, NSCAA National licenses, ODP coaching, college head coach, NSCAA featured clinicians, club girls’ program director, head administrator, and much more!
Program Details:
• Spring 2009 Program Dates:- The program will be held each Tuesday and/or Thursday, 12:30 – 1:45 PM PM, beginning on March 10, running for 8 weeks, & concluding on April 28.
- All sessions will be held at North Mecklenburg Park on Highway 115 in Huntersville.
• Session times, frequency, length, attire, policies, etc:
- One (Program II) or two sessions (Program I) per week for eight weeks (make-up sessions will be held only in the case of a class canceled due to weather; you will receive an email notice on the morning of the session in the event a session is to be canceled).
- Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to learn about soccer & other sports as well as multi-sport movements that address concepts such as speed, strength, agility, coordination, balance, flexibility, and injury prevention.
- Each session will be approximately 75 minutes in length.
- Each participant should wear their Boot Room t-shirt (included in cost of program) to all sessions, soccer boots (cleats), & soccer/athletic shorts. Players should also bring water, and shin-guards to be worn during games/competitive/small sided exercises.
- Each player will be required to complete a medical waiver, registration form, and policy form to participate in this program.
• Fees:
- The Spring 2009 program fees are:
- Program I (16 sessions) = $175
- Program II (8 sessions) = $100
- Family Discount!
- $10 off the Program cost for any additional siblings (example: Player 1 signs up for Program I for $175; Player 1’s sister and brother also sign up for Program I for $165 each)
