Schedule a consultation meeting with Boot Room to plan your program! We offer 4, 6, and 8 week Customized Summer Training Programs specifically to meet your needs and goals!
Individual
· 1 on 1 instruction
· 75 - 90 minute session
Small Group
· 2-9 players
· 75 - 90 minute session
Team
· 10 + players.
· 75 - 90 minute session
All training is customized to meet the player(s) needs, wants and goals; emphasis will be on improving all components including technical proficiency, tactical speed of play and decision making under pressure, finishing/attacking, defending intelligence, soccer specific speed with and without the ball, agility, power, strength, speed endurance, work capacity, core strength and stabilization, balance, injury prevention, nutrition and mental toughness.

Laundry Room Sessions - NEW!!!
The Boot Room Soccer School now offers, "The Laundry Room" a program like no other! This program is designed for elite players who need and want to stay sharp during the season and focus in on areas of their game that do not get addressed enough with their teams..."The Laundry Room" sessions are 45-50 minute in length, and specifically tailored to the individual player's needs, schedule, and goals. "The Laundry Room" and training with your team may prove to be the lethal combination you need to achieve your goals! Multi-Sport Training Schools
*Boot Room Soccer School now offers programs for the multi-sport athlete! Elevate your performance in soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, golf, football and swimming! Boot Room, Inc. offers customized, sport specific training programs that guarantee to take your game to a new level! Our training methodology is based on the concept that we must functionally train in a manner that replicates similar movements, patterns, and game like situations in order to achieve maximal growth. Regardless of the sport, at Boot Room, we “Train movements, not muscles” (Vern Gambetta), and seek to put the athlete in an environment that simulates what he or she will face in a real game. Sport specific skill, sport specific athleticism (balance, speed, power, dynamic flexibility/suppleness, agility, speed endurance, work capacity, core strength), tactical understanding of the game, professionalism, nutrition analysis, mental toughness, injury prevention, goal setting/career planning, and most importantly, total enjoyment of the game, are just some of the components we strive to enhance on a daily basis.

Winter Academies
The Winter Program is designed according to individual/group ability with a heavy emphasis devoted to technical and physical development. Players in the program will gain confidence and composure on the ball through our intensive skills training, as well as understanding how to deal with pressure and develop tactics in small-sided games. Players will also become quicker and stronger through speed, agility, and strength exercises. All of this will be accomplished in a positive, safe, and fun environment.
