Designed by Boot Room Soccer School, Inc., Top Flight is intended to give the serious, dedicated soccer player a complete, professional, and periodized training program that methodically incorporates all of the essential ingredients needed for optimal development.  The Top Flight program will present players with absolutely everything necessary to elevate their individual game to that next level, and ultimately, help them realize their potential.  Through extensive research, study, and consultation, the Boot Room instructors have formulated this unique training protocol that will challenge, push, teach, train, and motivate players in what we hope will be an unforgettable soccer experience.  Putting in the appropriate work is only one block of becoming your best.  It is our goal that by the end of the Top Flight experience, each player is not only a more complete soccer athlete, but also a more educated self coach. Accomplishing this will surely boost performance, while making the player more aware of their training needs and what they can do to accelerate the developmental journey.


*Ages: *Important Notice:The Top Flight program is only for players committed to excellence.  This program is very rigorous, and not for everyone.  All players must apply for entry into Top Flight, and once accepted, personally meet with the Boot Room directors to review the program in more specific detail, set personal areas of focus, and develop a sound understanding of what it will take to accomplish such goals.  Players will be required to arrive at the start of Top Flight in sound soccer physical condition.

All campers are required to fill out all Boot Room Soccer School, Inc. camp forms to be accepted into camp.

What is Included:


There will be 1-3 sessions everyday and a soccer theme & a soccer athletic theme for each session. Each session will be in groups of 3-5 players of similar ability, goals, and attitude. Top Flight offers both a 4 week and a 6 week training model. Either model (4 week or 6 week), can be started at anytime, although all players in your training group must stay together to allow the program to fulfill its objective. Below the weekly outline, is a description of the session theme/training component.
