

HOW DO I GET MY TRAINING STARTED?


How Do I Get Started With My Boot Room Training Program?
1. E-mail Boot Room a list/schedule of all of your commitments (other sports, school activities, dance, gymnastics, church commitments, etc…)

3. After the initial evaluation/assessment session, BRSS and the parent/player will discuss setting up the player’s ideal training program and game plan of how to best achieve the player’s goals & dreams.
4. Print, fill out, and send the following forms to Boot Room
(required before you can start your program)
1. E-mail Boot Room a list/schedule of all of your commitments (other sports, school activities, dance, gymnastics, church commitments, etc…)
- We must obtain this in order to properly devise your training program.
- It helps minimize the risk of the player ‘over-training’ (doing too much activity/training…not necessarily with BRSS, but the total collective activity when you combine all of your
commitments/activities). - We want results. We want nothing but what is best for the player’s development…as a player AND as a person. IF the parent/player does not entirely/accurately give Boot Room all that they are doing, than the player(s) will not achieve the full benefits of all that Boot Room Soccer School as to offer.
