How Do I Get Started With My Boot Room Training Program?

1. E-mail Boot Room a list/schedule of all of your commitments (other sports, school activities, dance, gymnastics, church commitments, etc…)

2. Let Boot Room know how many sessions you are looking to do & your preferred training days/times/location…click on the following link for immediate access to our training sites-

3. After the initial evaluation/assessment session, BRSS and the parent/player will discuss setting up the player’s ideal training program and game plan of how to best achieve the player’s goals & dreams.

4. Print, fill out, and send the following forms to Boot Room
(required before you can start your program)
